Cygnet Machinery PET Bottle Waste Washing Plant is suitable to wash the PET Bottles/Flacks/Chips of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) material grade material in batch system only. PET Bottle Waste Washing Plant is use to wash the waste bottle material in automatic system.
PET Bottle material will be put directly in Conveyor belt then it goes to the label remover section, the label will be automatically remove (90%) from the label remover then it goes to shorting belt, with the help of manpower, some material will be shorting from the belt online.
And then the shorted material goes to grinding section then after material move to washing unit like Cold/Hot Wash, Friction washer and finally material will be goes to drying unit. Final material will be in Flacks/Chips form. The finish goods will be 95% – 98% clean and 80% – 90% moisture free.
Material will be wash with Caustic Soda/Clean Water/Hot Water/Cold Water. Washing Line will be made from SS material (Water Contacting Parts) & Structure will be made from MS material.
